Anneke gently warming the bead furnace. Furnaces are usually brought to the demo in a 'leather hard' state as they are more stable for the drive that way. On site they are slowly warmed up and then fired. This is a tricky time as if they are warmed up too fast they can spall off large pieces making them useless.
